SECTION 31-25-20

   § 31-25-20  Refusal to submit to weighingor removal of excess load. – Any driver of a vehicle who fails or refuses to stop and submit the vehicle andload to a weighing, or who fails or refuses when directed by a proper officerupon a weighing of the vehicle to stop the vehicle and otherwise comply withthe provisions of §§ 31-25-18 and 31-25-19, shall, upon conviction,be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) and not more than twohundred-fifty dollars ($250).
