SECTION 31-26-11

   § 31-26-11  Penalties for failure toreport. – The administrator of the division of motor vehicles shall suspend the licenseor permit to drive, and any nonresident operating privileges, of any personfailing to report an accident as provided in this chapter until the report hasbeen filed. Any person convicted of failing to make a report as required inthis chapter shall be punished as provided in § 31-27-13.
