SECTION 31-26-12

   § 31-26-12  Garage reports of bulletdamage. – The person in charge of any garage or repair shop to which is brought any motorvehicle which shows evidence of having been struck by any bullet, shall reportto the nearest local or state police after the motor vehicle is received,giving the engine number, registration number, and the name and address of theowner or operator of the vehicle.
