SECTION 31-27-11

   § 31-27-11  Vehicle used as bail. –Any person arrested for violating any of the provisions of this title maytender as bail a motor vehicle of which he or she is the owner, and, if theperson's interest in the vehicle is of sufficient value, it may be accepted assecurity for the person's appearance in lieu of any other bail.
