SECTION 31-27-12.4

   § 31-27-12.4  Disposition of complaint onlyby court. – Upon the deposit of the complaint and the division of motor vehicle record of aviolation with the court having jurisdiction of the alleged violations, thecomplaint of the violation shall be disposed of only by trial in the court orby other official action by a judge of the court.
