SECTION 31-29-1

   § 31-29-1  Reciprocity board established.– There is established a reciprocity board, referred to in this chapter as "theboard". The board shall be composed of three (3) members, consisting of theadministrator of the division of motor vehicles, the chair of the publicutilities commission, and an assistant attorney general designated by theattorney general, ex officio. A majority of the members of the board shallconstitute a quorum and the action of the majority of the members in attendanceat any meeting shall be the action of the board. Whenever a member of the boardis absent from a meeting of the board, the member may designate one of his orher assistants or employees to attend on the member's behalf. The assistant oremployee shall be entitled to participate in the discussions and proceedings ofthe board, but he or she shall not be entitled to vote.
