SECTION 31-3.1-15
§ 31-3.1-15 Fees – Registrationcards. – (a) An application for a certificate of title shall be accompanied by theregistration card, and the required fee when mailed or delivered to thedivision of motor vehicles.
(b) An application for the naming of a lienholder or hisassignee on a certificate of title shall be accompanied by the registrationcard and the required fee when mailed or delivered to the division of motorvehicles.
