SECTION 31-3.1-36

   § 31-3.1-36  Court review. – A person aggrieved by an act or omission to act of the division of motorvehicles under this chapter is entitled to a review by the sixth division ofthe district court in accordance with the administrative procedure act of thisstate. A party aggrieved by a final order of the court may seek review in thesupreme court by writ of certiorari in accordance with the procedures containedin § 42-35-16.
