SECTION 31-3.2-4

   § 31-3.2-4  Transfer or termination ofownership. – Within fifteen (15) days after the transfer of ownership, or any part of it,other than a security interest, or the destruction or abandonment of anysnowmobile or recreational vehicle, written notice of that transfer ordestruction shall be given to the director in any form that he or she shallprescribe.
