SECTION 31-3.2-4.1

   § 31-3.2-4.1  Operation of snowmobile orrecreational vehicle without permission – Penalty. – (a) No person shall operate any snowmobile or recreational vehicle upon anyproperty or premises owned by another person without the consent in writing ofthe owner of the property or premises.

   (b) No person shall operate any snowmobile or recreationalvehicle which is owned by another person without the consent in writing of theowner.

   (c) Penalties. Any person who shall violate theprovisions of this section shall be guilty of a civil violation and be subjectto a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100) for each offense.
