SECTION 31-3-26

   § 31-3-26  Expiration of dealer's plates.– Every special plate issued pursuant to this chapter shall expire at midnight onthe thirty-first (31st) day of December of each year. A new plate or plates forthe ensuing year may be obtained by the person to whom any expired plate orplates was issued by applying to the division of motor vehicles and paying thefee provided by law.
