SECTION 31-3-27

   § 31-3-27  Responsibility for use ofdealer's plates. – Every manufacturer, bailee, transporter, or dealer shall be at all times fullyresponsible and aware as to the use of special plates and the identity of thevehicles to which they are attached, and shall make this informationimmediately available to any proper officer.
