SECTION 31-3-34

   § 31-3-34  Notice of change of address.– Whenever any person after applying for or obtaining the registration of avehicle shall move from the address named in the application or shown upon aregistration card, that person shall within ten (10) days subsequent to movingnotify the division of motor vehicles in writing of his or her former andcurrent addresses. Violations of this section are subject to fines enumeratedin § 31-41.1-4.
