   § 31-3-42  Camper plates. – The administrator of the division of motor vehicles shall issue platesdesignated as "camper plates" to any person who shall register a traveltrailer, pick-up coach, pick-up camper, motorized camper, or tent trailer. Inaddition, the administrator of the division of motor vehicles shall issue aregistration certificate to any person registering a pick-up coach or pick-upcamper, which shall be affixed to the coach or camper portion of the vehicleand for which there shall be an additional registration fee of three dollars($3.00). The design of the certificate shall be prescribed by the administratorof the division of motor vehicles and the certificate shall be maintained in amanner and location prescribed by the administrator of the division of motorvehicles.
