§ 31-3-57 Police Chief Emeritus –John T. Botelho. – The administrator of the division of motor vehicles is authorized and directedto issue a special registration plate for the private passenger motor vehicleof former police chief of the town of East Greenwich, John T. Botelho. Thisplate is to bear the identification "Police Chief Emeritus", along with anappropriate number and the plate shall be furnished without additionalregistration charge for such period of time as John T. Botelho so desires.
