SECTION 31-3-65

   § 31-3-65  Judge Emeritus – PaulDelNero. – The administrator of the division of motor vehicles is authorized and directedto issue a special registration plate for the private passenger motor vehicleof former district court judge, Paul DelNero. This plate is to bear theidentification "Judge Emeritus" with an appropriate number and a seal of thestate thereon imprinted and the plate shall be furnished without additionalregistration charge for such period of time as Judge DelNero so desires.
