   § 31-3-67  Judge Emeritus – Carmine R.DiPetrillo. – The administrator of the division of the motor vehicles is authorized anddirected to issue a special registration plate for the private passenger motorvehicle of former family court judge Carmine R. DiPetrillo. This plate is tobear the identification "Judge Emeritus" with an appropriate number and a sealof the state thereon imprinted and the plate shall be furnished withoutadditional registration charge for such period of time as Judge DiPetrillo sodesires.
