§ 31-3-68 Police Chief Emeritus –Vincent A. Acciardo. – The administrator of the division of the motor vehicles is authorized anddirected to issue a special registration plate for the private passenger motorvehicle of former police chief Vincent A. Acciardo of the town of Johnston. Theplate shall bear the identification "Police Chief Emeritus" with an appropriatenumber and seal of the state imprinted on the plate and the plate shall befurnished without additional registration charge for any period of time thatformer Chief Acciardo desires.
