SECTION 31-3-71

   § 31-3-71  Chief Justice Emeritus –Joseph R. Weisberger. – The administrator of the division of motor vehicles is authorized and directedto issue a special registration plate for the private passenger motor vehicleof former State Supreme Court Chief Justice Joseph R. Weisberger. The plate tobear the designation "Chief Justice Emeritus", with an appropriate designationnumber and the seal of the state imprinted on it. The plate shall be furnishedwithout additional registration charge for as long as Chief Justice Weisbergerdesires.
