   § 31-3-74  Police chief emeritus. –The administrator of the division of motor vehicles is authorized and directedto issue a special registration plate for the motor vehicle of the formerpolice chief of the town of Coventry, Roger J. Laliberte. This plate is to bearthe identification "Police Chief Emeritus," along with an appropriatedesignation number imprinted on it and shall be furnished without additionalregistration charge for long as Roger J. Laliberte so desires.
