   § 31-3-75  Senator Emeritus – WilliamZuccarelli. – The administrator of the division of motor vehicles is authorized and directedto issue a special registration plate for the private passenger motor vehicleof former senator William Zuccarelli. This plate is to bear the identification"Senator Emeritus" along with an appropriate number and the plate shall befurnished without additional registration charge for such period of time asWilliam Zuccarelli so desires.
