   § 31-3-8  Registration card –Contents. – The division of motor vehicles, upon registering a vehicle, shall issue aregistration card. The registration card shall be delivered to the owner andshall contain upon the its face, the date issued, the name and address of theowner, the registration number assigned to the vehicle, and such description ofthe vehicle as determined by the administrator of the division of motorvehicles, and, upon its reverse side, a form for endorsement of notice to thedivision of motor vehicles upon transfer of the vehicle.
