SECTION 31-31-13

   § 31-31-13  Release upon payment ofjudgment. – The payment of a judgment arising out of an accident or the payment upon thejudgment of an amount equal to the maximum amount which could be required fordeposit under this chapter shall, for the purposes of this chapter, release thejudgment debtor from the liability evidenced by the judgment.
