SECTION 31-31-14

   § 31-31-14  Termination of securityrequirement. – The division of motor vehicles, if satisfied as to the existence of any factwhich under §§ 31-31-10, 31-31-11, 31-31-12, or 31-31-13 wouldentitle a person to be relieved from the security requirements of this chapter,shall not require the deposit of security by the person so relieved from therequirement and shall terminate any prior order of suspension in respect to theperson. If security has previously been deposited by the person, the divisionof motor vehicles shall immediately return the deposit to the person or to hisor her personal representative.
