§ 31-32-12 - Exception when consent granted by judgment creditor.

SECTION 31-32-12

   § 31-32-12  Exception when consent grantedby judgment creditor. – If the judgment creditor consents in writing, in the form that the division ofmotor vehicles may prescribe, that the judgment debtor be allowed a license andregistration or nonresident's operating privilege, those may be allowed by thedivision of motor vehicles, in its discretion, for six (6) months from the dateof the consent and, until the consent is revoked in writing, notwithstandingdefault in the payment of the judgment, or of any installments of it asprescribed in § 31-32-17, provided the judgment debtor furnished proof offinancial responsibility.
