SECTION 31-32-18
§ 31-32-18 Action on default. – In the event the judgment debtor fails to pay any installment as specified bythe order, then upon notice of default, the division of motor vehicles shallimmediately suspend the license, registration, or nonresident's operatingprivilege of the judgment debtor until the judgment is satisfied, as providedin this chapter.
