SECTION 31-32-23

   § 31-32-23  Default by nonresident insurer.– If any insurance carrier not authorized to transact business in this state,which has qualified to furnish proof of financial responsibility, defaults inany undertakings or agreements, the division of motor vehicles shall not acceptas proof any certificate of the carrier whether filed or tendered as proofafter that time, so long as the default continues.
