SECTION 31-32-26

   § 31-32-26  Chapter not to affect otherpolicies. – (a) This chapter shall not be held to apply to or affect policies of automobileinsurance against liability which may now or subsequently be required by anyother law of this state, and the policies, if they contain an agreement or areendorsed to conform with the requirements of this chapter, may be certified asproof of financial responsibility under this chapter.

   (b) This chapter shall not be held to apply to or affectpolicies insuring solely the insured named in the policy against liabilityresulting from the maintenance or use by persons in the insured's employ or onhis or her behalf of vehicles not owned by the insured.
