SECTION 31-32-32

   § 31-32-32  Owner may give proof forothers. – The owner of a motor vehicle may give proof of financial responsibility onbehalf of his or her employee or a member of his immediate family or householdin lieu of the furnishing of proof by any person. The furnishing of proof shallpermit the person to operate only a motor vehicle covered by the proof. Thedivision of motor vehicles shall endorse appropriate restrictions on the faceof the license held by the person or may issue a new license containing therestrictions.
