   § 31-32-33  Substitution of proof. –The division of motor vehicles shall consent to the cancellation of any bond orcertificate of insurance, or the division of motor vehicles shall direct andthe general treasurer shall return any money or securities to the personentitled to it upon the substitution and acceptance of other adequate proof offinancial responsibility pursuant to this chapter.
