SECTION 31-32-34

   § 31-32-34  Requiring additional proof.– Whenever any proof of financial responsibility filed under the provisions ofthis chapter no longer fulfills the purposes for which it is required, thedivision of motor vehicles shall, for the purpose of this chapter, requireother proof as required by this chapter and shall suspend the license andregistration or the nonresident's operating privilege pending the filing ofother proof.
