SECTION 31-32-36

   § 31-32-36  Three-year requirementconstrued. – Whenever in the general laws there is a reference to a three (3) yearrequirement for financial responsibility, it shall be construed to be a oneyear requirement except as provided in § 31-32-4(d) of this chapter.
