SECTION 31-32-6

   § 31-32-6  Action in respect to unlicensedperson. – If a person has no license, but by final order or judgment is convicted of orforfeits any bail or collateral deposited to secure an appearance for trial forany offense requiring the suspension or revocation of a license, or for drivinga motor vehicle upon the highways without being licensed to do so, or fordriving an unregistered vehicle upon the highways, no license shall bethereafter issued to that person and no vehicle shall continue to be registeredor thereafter be registered in the name of the person as owner, unless he orshe shall give and maintain proof of financial responsibility for the future.
