SECTION 31-32-8

   § 31-32-8  Courts to report nonpayment ofjudgments. – Whenever any person fails within sixty (60) days to satisfy any judgment, thenupon the written request of the judgment creditor or his or her attorney, itshall be the duty of the clerk of the court in which the judgment is renderedwithin this state to immediately upon the request forward to the division ofmotor vehicles a certified copy of the judgment.
