SECTION 31-32-9

   § 31-32-9  Division of motor vehicles tonotify licensing state. – If the defendant named in any certified copy of a judgment reported to thedivision of motor vehicles is a nonresident, the division of motor vehiclesshall transmit a certified copy of the judgment to the official in charge ofthe issuance of licenses and registrations in the state of which the defendantis a resident.
