SECTION 31-33-13

   § 31-33-13  Proof of responsibility toobtain dealers' plates. – The division of motor vehicles shall not issue a registration under theprovisions of §§ 31-3-20 – 31-3-27 until the person applying forthe registration shall furnish proof of financial responsibility.
