SECTION 31-33-8.1

   § 31-33-8.1  Joint distribution of accidentreports. – Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, nothing shall prevent insurersproviding automobile insurance coverage in the state from establishing andmaintaining a common system for obtaining publicly filed accident reports anddistributing the reports to the insurer or insurers identified on the form asproviding coverage to one or more persons, whether through the assigned riskplan or otherwise.
