   § 31-36.1-19  Out-of-state vehicles. –When under the laws of any other jurisdiction, any tax, license, fee, or otherobligation in addition to any imposed by Rhode Island, are imposed on motorvehicles registered in Rhode Island, the same tax, license, fee, or otherobligation may be imposed on vehicles from those states by Rhode Island.
