SECTION 31-36.1-6

   § 31-36.1-6  Bond requirement. – Notwithstanding provisions to the contrary, the tax administrator, pursuant torules and regulations adopted by the tax administrator, in his or herdiscretion, may require a motor carrier to post a bond. Such bond shall beconsistent with the provisions of the International Fuel Tax Agreement.
