SECTION 31-36-4
§ 31-36-4 Suspension or revocation ofregistration. – The administrator may suspend or revoke a registration of any distributor aftera hearing, upon not less than five (5) days' notice, for any violation of theprovisions of this chapter, and may require a return of the distributor'scertificate.
