SECTION 31-37-16.1

   § 31-37-16.1  No smoking signs to bedisplayed. – Every retail dealer shall display and maintain on each island upon which islocated a device from which motor fuel is dispensed and sold, at least one signcontaining the words "no smoking." The sign or signs shall be of a size notsmaller than six inches (6") in height by eighteen inches (18") in length.
