   § 31-37-16.3  Additives. – Every retail dealer shall display and maintain on at least two (2) sides ofeach pump or other dispensing device from which motor fuel is sold at least onesign in a conspicuous place stating the maximum percent of alcohol, greaterthan one percent (1%) contained in the product to the nearest whole percent. Inthe case of methanol blends, the maximum percentage of co-solvent contained inthe motor fuel must be stated separately.
