SECTION 31-37-18

   § 31-37-18  Costs on prosecution ofviolations. – Whenever a complaint is made by the tax administrator or by any of theadministrator's agents of any violations of the provisions of this chapter orchapter 36 of this title, the administrator shall not be required to furnishsurety for costs or be liable for costs on the complaint.
