SECTION 31-37-2

   § 31-37-2  Refusal, suspension, orrevocation of license. – The administrator may for cause refuse any application for a license for afilling station and may for cause suspend or revoke any license issued by theadministrator under the provisions of this chapter after an opportunity for ahearing of the applicant or licensee has been afforded.
