SECTION 31-37-3

   § 31-37-3  Filling station records. –The owner of every filling station, at the filling station, shall keep a recordof the number of gallons of fuels purchased, sold, and used by the owner, fromwhom purchased, and the date of the purchases. These records shall be preservedfor three (3) years and shall be open to the inspection of the investigatorsand examiners of the division of taxation upon demand.
