SECTION 31-38-13

   § 31-38-13  Fleet operators. – Every person who shall provide maintenance facilities for the servicing ofvehicles used in his or her business, except licensed motor vehicle dealers,which facilities shall be approved by the director of the department ofrevenue, and shall maintain any records and follow any procedures that shall beestablished by the director, shall be qualified as an official inspectionstation for the vehicles. The person shall not issue inspection certificatesfor any vehicle not used in the operation of the business.
