§ 31-38-19 - Severability.
SECTION 31-38-19
§ 31-38-19 Severability. – The provisions of this chapter will be severable and if any of the provisionsshall be held to be invalid the decision of the court respecting the provisionor provisions shall not affect the validity of any other provision which can begiven effect without the invalid provision.
