SECTION 31-38-5

   § 31-38-5  Inspection of vehicles purchasedoutside the state. – When a motor vehicle is purchased out of state by a resident of this state, theowner of the vehicle shall have five (5) business days from the date ofregistering the vehicle to obtain a certificate of inspection as required bythe provisions of this chapter.
