§ 31-38-8 - Improper representation as official station.
SECTION 31-38-8
§ 31-38-8 Improper representation asofficial station. – (a) No person shall in any manner represent any place as an official inspectionstation unless the station is operating under a valid permit issued by thedirector of the department of revenue or the director's designee.
(b) No person other than a state certified employee of aninspection station shall issue a certificate of inspection and approval.
