SECTION 31-4-8.1

   § 31-4-8.1  Penalties. – Any individual, company, corporation, owner, or any insurance firm orrepresentative thereof who violates any of the provisions of § 31-4-8shall be guilty of a felony and shall be punished by imprisonment for not morethan five (5) years, or a fine of not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000),or both.
